Galen Fong is an amateur photographer from Singapore.
Galen has always enjoyed photography, but the opportunity to pursue it more actively as a hobby arose when he retired from his day job in 2017. Since then, he has been taking photos as often as he can, and his favorite subject matters to photograph include landscapes, cityscapes, flowers, and animals.
In 2019, wanting to improve his photography skills, Galen took up a few photography short courses at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts. These courses sparked his interest in street photography at the end of 2020. These days, Galen enjoys capturing such everyday moments he encounters on the streets of Singapore. He also enjoys collecting photo books from other street photographers, as he gets to appreciate and learn from the works of others.
With a growing personal collection of photos taken over these past few years, Galen then decided to start this website to document his personal journey, and also to share his photos with other photography enthusiasts.
